Holly is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), facilitator, and human resources leader with over 25 years of experience across public and private sectors. She spent 15 years with the United Nations, supporting agencies such as UNDP, UNICEF, and UNFPA, and worked in the United States and West Africa, gaining deep international and cross-cultural HR expertise.

Before the UN, Holly held leadership roles in corporate human resources at companies including Altria, Kraft Foods, Mars, Inc., Ogilvy & Mather, and Ann Taylor. Her corporate experience spans talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, succession planning, change management, and leadership development.

Blending corporate and international experience, Holly brings a holistic, culturally attuned approach to coaching, helping professionals navigate career transitions, build leadership skills, and thrive in complex environments.

Holly holds an MBA in Management from Xavier University and a BS in Animal Science from Cornell. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and earned a Professional Coaching Certificate from NYU. Holly is certified in Career Counseling Services (UK), the LINC Personality Profiler, and MBTI. As a facilitator, she is trained in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, DDI leadership tools, and Targeted Selection. Her credentials reflect a deep commitment to leadership development, career growth, and empowering individuals and teams to reach their potential.

In her spare time, Holly enjoys breeding and training horses. Developing a passion for horses at the early age of three, she currently competes in jumper shows with her mare, Odessa.
