Holly is a seasoned human resources professional with an impressive career spanning over 25 years, encompassing both public and private sectors. Her extensive experience includes 15 years dedicated to the United Nations, where she contributed to various agencies such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). During her tenure with the UN, Holly worked in both the United States and West Africa, gaining invaluable international and cross-cultural HR expertise that greatly enriches her approach to career development.
Prior to her impactful work with the UN, Holly spent a decade in corporate human resources, holding key positions at several prominent companies. Her corporate career included roles at industry giants like Altria, Kraft Foods, M&M/Mars (now part of Mars, Incorporated), Ogilvy & Mather, and Ann Taylor. This diverse corporate background provided her with a strong foundation in a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development within dynamic business environments.

Beyond her professional roles, Holly is also a dedicated educator and an ICF ACC certified coach. Holly is also certified to conduct LINC Assessments for her clients.
Since 2010, she has served as an adjunct professor at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
