With a 35-year advertising career working on award-winning campaigns for major global brands, Milind ran several agencies and led many teams honing his natural ability to bring out the best in individuals and teams. Driven by this passion for helping people succeed, Milind transitioned to coaching and mentoring.

Credentials & Expertise
Milind earned his Gallup StrengthFinders Coaching Certification in December 2023, followed by his Executive Coaching Certification from NYU in January 2025, and his ICF ACC Credential in February 2025. He also mentors young people through volunteer work at The Lantern Network, LA Works, and thinkLA.
With a background in running various advertising agencies, Milind possesses a deep understanding of the communications, marketing, and advertising fields. His experience working with Fortune 500 clients in the automotive, finance, retail, and technology sectors has given him insight into how executives in these companies operate.

While Milind works with C-Suite executives, he particularly excels at guiding mid-to-senior level managers and directors, helping them build confidence for future leadership roles. Personal Interests
Milind is a passionate fan of hard rock and heavy metal music. He enjoys collecting guitars, despite being a self-proclaimed mediocre guitar player.
